Natasha Neishaboory

Director, Customer Operations at eStruxture Data Centers

Natasha Neishaboory has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the field of data centers and customer operations.

Natasha started their career at Hypertec in September 2007 as a Buyer, responsible for purchasing activities. After a year, they transitioned to the role of Services Coordinator - Data Centers and BCDR, where they were involved in coordinating services related to data centers and business continuity and disaster recovery. Natasha held this role until December 2010.

In December 2010, Natasha joined Bell as an Implementation Manager for Colocation and Managed Services. Natasha was responsible for managing the implementation of colocation and managed services projects. After two years, they became the National Facilities Coordinator, taking charge of coordinating national facilities within the organization. From March 2015 to April 2018, they served as the Senior Manager - Customer Assurance for Colocation and Managed Services, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer assurance in these areas.

In 2018, Natasha Neishaboory joined eStruxture Data Centers as the Senior Manager for Customer Provisioning & Projects. Natasha played a key role in managing customer provisioning and project activities. In December 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director for Customer Provisioning & Projects, where they continued to oversee these areas. In November 2021, they were further promoted to the role of Director for Customer Operations, indicating their increased responsibilities within the company.

Overall, Natasha Neishaboory has built a strong foundation in the data center industry, with a focus on customer operations, provisioning, and project management.

Natasha Neishaboory obtained a Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Certificate in Relationship Selling from HEC Montréal between 2008 and 2010. In 2006 and 2007, they attended the University of Ottawa, where they pursued Civil Law studies. Natasha also holds a D.E.C. (Diploma of College Studies) in Arts and Letters from Marianopolis College, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006.
