Lili Cristell Villa is a seasoned supply chain professional with significant experience in operations and logistics. Currently serving as Supply Chain Lead at Estrid since November 2022, Lili previously held multiple roles at Simris Alg from October 2018 to November 2022, including Head of Operations and E-commerce Operations and Logistics Manager. Prior experience includes the position of Global Transport Coordinator at Husqvarna Group, where Lili managed distribution data and created logistics reports, and Supplier Operations at Wayfair, where impressive achievements in supplier engagement and efficiency improvement were demonstrated. Earlier roles at T-Systems and UDLAP provided a strong foundation in inventory management and event organization. Lili holds degrees in International Business and Supply Chain from Northeastern University and Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
