Anders Andersson is an experienced R&D professional with a strong background in food science and technology. Currently serving as R&D Director at Estrella Maarud Holding AS since 2008, Anders previously held the position of R&D Section Manager at Kraft Foods Europe from May 1994 to October 2008. Anders holds a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, completed in 1994, and a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Lund University, earned in 1989.
