Koit Kaskel currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Regional Jet OÜ and AS Nordic Aviation Group, and as a Member of the Council at Kasimieras Simonavičius University and the Foundation of Estonian Universities of Applied Sciences. In addition, Koit Kaskel has held the position of Rector at the Estonian Aviation Academy since January 2020. Previous experience includes leadership roles at the Environmental Investment Centre, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications for Estonia, and EUROCONTROL, with a notable achievement being the management of Estonia's accession to EUROCONTROL. Koit Kaskel's educational background includes an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the Estonian Business School, as well as an Associate's Degree in Air Traffic Control and Navigation Services from the Estonian Aviation Academy.
