Tom Carroll is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Lead IQA for Data Analysis at Estio Training since September 2019, Tom provides training and mentorship to new and existing staff while focusing on the adoption of new standards. Previously, Tom worked as a Learning and Development Coach at Arch Apprenticeships, where support was provided to apprentices in various disciplines including IT and Digital Marketing. Earlier roles include Lead IQA at Skills Training UK, Regional IQA at 3AAA, and Assessor positions at QA Ltd and EYS, where a consistent track record of meeting targets and delivering quality training was established. Tom's journey began as a Trainee Assessor at Carter and Carter, managing learner caseloads and organizing training across the UK.
