Phillip Bateman is an experienced educator and coach specializing in software development and technical training. Currently serving as a DevOps Coach at Estio Training since June 2023, Phillip previously worked as a Technical Trainer with TechTalent Academy, where bespoke software bootcamps were conducted for global clients. Notable achievements include a 100% success rate for apprentices at Digital Native UK, where Phillip also mentored other coaches. Phillip's earlier roles include Curriculum Lead and Head of Department in Computer Science and ICT, focusing on curriculum development and monitoring student progress. Phillip holds a PGCE in Secondary Education from the University of Wolverhampton and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Staffordshire.
