Arthur Mauras serves as the Customer Service Transformation Manager at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions, focusing on a strategic three-year plan to enhance customer ownership and implement major improvement projects. As a Lean Six Sigma Head Instructor at ESTIEM, Arthur has trained 35 individuals to Green Belt level, with over 10 achieving certification through project work with European companies. Previous experience includes roles at Airbus SAS as a Global Lean Specialist, where Arthur deployed Lean methodologies across various departments, and as a Crisis Management Consultant Intern at Airbus Defence and Space Cyber. Additional projects include developing virtual reality tools and startup initiatives in industry 4.0. Arthur holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from SIGMA Clermont, supplemented by Erasmus+ studies at TalTech.
