Evangelia Sidiropoulou is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant and hotel management. Currently serving as General Manager at estiatorio Milos since August 2014, Evangelia has advanced through various roles including Hospitality Manager, Assistant General Manager, Captain-Supervisor, and Reservations Agent. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Coffee Cake Bakery and Al Porto Italian Restaurant, as well as service roles at Sofitel and Athenaeum InterContinental Athens. Evangelia holds a diploma in Business Consulting, Organization, and Operation of Hotels and Restaurants from OTEK, STE Anavissos, completed in December 2011.
