Pablo Fernandez Garcia is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in production, project management, and research. Currently serving as a Senior Production Specialist at ESTEVE, Pablo provides technical and training support related to the electronic Batch Record implementation. Previously, Pablo held various roles at ESTEVE, including Production Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities included leading production scheduling, improving operations, and managing interdisciplinary teams for process development. Prior to ESTEVE, Pablo co-founded BeHand and directed its expansion, worked as Head of R&D Centre at Hunan Norchem Pharmaceutical, and served as Project Leader at Crystal Pharma. Pablo's academic background includes a PhD in Chemistry from Universidad de Oviedo and postdoctoral research at Trinity College Dublin and Ruprecht-Karls Universitaet Heidelberg.
