Tennille Williams possesses extensive experience in information technology risk management and cybersecurity, currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology Risk Management at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since January 2005. Williams has held several leadership roles, including Global Vice President of the Standards Office & Specifications and Executive Technical Director of Global Supply Chain & R&D Cybersecurity. Prior to tenure at The Estée Lauder Companies, Williams worked at L'Oreal, ascending from Process Engineer to Director of Quality Assurance. Academic qualifications include a Master in Management of Technology with a focus on Cybersecurity and Data Science from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, a Six Sigma Black Belt from The National Graduate School of Quality Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
