Ruthie Garelik Berson has extensive experience in HR business partner roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where Ruthie supported various teams for well-known brands. Ruthie has also held roles in change management, client relations, and corporate business development. Ruthie is currently a Community Member at Level, a network focused on racial equity and uplifting businesses led by Black women. Ruthie's educational background includes certificates in HR management, negotiation, and leadership, as well as a BA in International Development and Spanish Literature.
