Rami Shalhoub holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since September 2019, Rami has held notable positions including Director of Global Make Engineering at Johnson & Johnson and various roles at Procter & Gamble from 2000 to 2018. Noteworthy accomplishments include leadership of large teams to drive innovation in manufacturing and supply chain, as well as successful project management across multiple product initiatives and facility upgrades, achieving significant improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
