Howard Lancaster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality and food safety management across multiple regions. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Manufacturing Quality at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since January 2021, Howard has previously held various leadership roles at Danone Dairy from 1992 to October 2017, including Regional Quality & Food Safety Director for Asia, India, and the Middle East, and Senior Quality & Food Safety Manager for Africa & the Middle East. Howard's career also includes significant positions such as Senior Technical Manager, Manufacturing ERP Manager, and Plant Quality Food Safety & Environment Manager. Additionally, Howard has an MBA in Business Management earned between 2005 and 2007.
