Ayush Jha is a Senior Analyst in Business Development at Estee Advisors since July 2023, previously holding the position of Analyst in the same department. Between January 2021 and May 2023, Ayush contributed to the Connecting Dreams Foundation-SRCC as a Member of the Board of Advisors, Project Director, and Executive Member. Simultaneously, Ayush served as Director and Board Member at Project Aarogya during the same period. Prior experiences include roles as a Finance Intern at Prodo, Consulting Associate at The 80/20 Consultants, Corporate Intelligence Intern at MitKat Advisory, and Finance & Market Research Intern at Qizaa. Ayush began involvement in corporate communications as a Corporate Communication Executive for the Child Rights Chapter, SRCC, and was active in technical and executive roles in various organizations. Ayush holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce and has completed high school and middle school diplomas in Commerce from Tagore Academy Public School and St. Peter's Convent School, respectively.
