Magnus Nordholm is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as Co-Owner, CEO, and Board Member at Estea AB since April 2022, Magnus has a robust track record in managing thematic real asset funds. Previous roles include Board Member at Realstocks, contributing to the development of a fintech platform for asset-backed digital securities, and Deputy CEO at Heimstaden, where Magnus played a pivotal role in transforming the company into the second largest private residential platform in Europe. Magnus has also held senior positions including Group CFO at Fredensborg AS, CFO at Heimstaden Bostad AB, and leadership roles at Estatia Resort Holding AS and HSH Nordbank AG. Academic credentials include an MSc in Economics from the University of Gothenburg and studies at The London School of Economics.
