Issam Abualnadi is a skilled Senior Cisco TAC Engineer with extensive experience in technical support and network security. Currently, Issam Abualnadi works in the DNAC Team and previously held positions in the NGFW Team at Cisco since March 2022. Prior to this, Issam Abualnadi contributed as a Cisco TAC Engineer focusing on the FW and SV Teams from October 2020 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Officer at MYBOX (Postaplus) for six months in 2020 and as a System Engineer (IT Helpdesk) at Aspire IT Services Partner for a brief period in late 2019. Issam Abualnadi earned a Bachelor of Networks and Information Security from Al Ahliyya Amman University from October 2014 to February 2019.
