Astrid Martinez has extensive experience at Estafeta Mexicana since 2010, currently serving as Gerente de Capacitación, Comunicación Interna y RSE since 2013. In this role, Astrid manages training initiatives, oversees the Universidad Estafeta, coordinates corporate events, and leads innovation programs, including the certification process for Great Place to Work (GPTW). Additionally, Astrid is responsible for sustainability efforts and achieving the ESR distinctions, while also leading a team of traffic auditors and managing change within various projects. Astrid holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and possesses an international certification in Change Management.
