Julie Lefebvre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communication, media relations, and strategic positioning. Since July 2020, Julie has served as 1ère Vice-Présidente in charge of Development Economic, Employment, and Integration at Est Ensemble. Concurrently, since 2008, Julie has worked as Directrice Communication et Médias at ARKTIK, managing strategic positioning, event leadership, and media communication, particularly in landscape, environment, urbanism, and societal issues. Julie has a notable track record of collaboration with various festivals and organizations, including the Festival Atmosphères and the International Gardens Festival of Chaumont-sur-Loire. Academic credentials include a Master de recherche in Prospective Innovation and Transformation of Organizations from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and a Maîtrise and DEA in Geopolitics & Cultural Management from Institut d'Etudes Européennes, Paris.
