Benoit Oudin has extensive experience in geographic information systems (GIS) and territorial studies, currently serving as the Responsable de l'observatoire du territoire at Est Ensemble since September 2020. Prior roles include leading the GIS and geographic information services at the Conseil départemental de la Seine-Saint-Denis, where Benoit Oudin implemented departmental strategies and managed the observatoire department. Previous experience encompasses significant positions focused on territorial studies and observation within various departments, including the Département de l'Essonne and the Département de Seine-et-Marne. Benoit Oudin's academic background includes a DEA in Geography and Planning from Université Paris-Sorbonne, obtained in 1999.
