Prior roles include Territory Manager and Sales Executive at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare from January 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities encompassed respiratory care, critical care, and clinical knowledge sharing. Manas also worked as a Subject Matter Expert at Tata Consultancy Services, contributed as a Physiotherapist at Sakra World Hospital specializing in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, and practiced as a Physical Therapist at Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited. Earlier in the career, Manas was a Physio Fitness Trainer at Marena - Manipal Indoor Sports Arena. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, a Fellowship in Orthopedics & Sports Rehabilitation from Medvarsity, and ongoing studies for an MBA in Health Care Administration at Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute.
