Ramy Abdalla is an experienced IT Specialist with a diverse background in technical support and systems management. Since September 2017, Ramy has been involved with multiple companies, including Fujitsu Americas, Spencer Technologies, Essintial Enterprise Solutions, and Field Nation, providing IT support and solutions. Previous experience includes roles as a Field Service Technician with SmartSource Technical Staffing and Help Desk Technician with Technology Support & Solutions Inc. Ramy has successfully managed end-user support systems, oversaw training initiatives, and facilitated technology migrations. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Information Systems from Triton College and a high school diploma from Oak Park River Forest High School.
