Magdalena Bracco is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR for CIO and Digital Sales Innovation and Legal Counsel at EssilorLuxottica, Magdalena oversees HR for a group of 3,000 employees while managing global legal functions. Prior to this role, Magdalena held the position of HR Director for Businesses in the BU Industrial Chemicals at Nouryon, focusing on talent management and customer needs. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner for AkzoNobel's Industrial Chemicals business unit and various HR project management roles at Philips, where significant contributions included the implementation of performance management systems and leadership programs. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from the University of London and a Master's degree in French Literature from the University of Lodz.
