Cassandra Woods, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Essick Air Products, a company recognized for its commitment to high-quality humidification products, since January 2022. Previously, Cassandra held the Director of Organizational Development position at Southeast Health from 2018 to 2021, where the healthcare system was praised as one of America’s Best Mid-Size Employers by Forbes in 2019. Additional roles include Training and Development Officer/Deputy Title IX Director at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (2015-2017), Director of Talent Management at Signature Healthcare (2014-2015), and Director of Staff Development at Arkansas Children's Hospital (2003-2013), an organization honored as one of Fortune’s Top 100 Best Places to Work.
