Mason Allen is a dedicated medical scribe at Essia Health since August 2013, responsible for documenting patient interactions in the emergency department, including medical history, physical exams, and doctors' dictations. Additionally, Mason served as an Electronic Medical Records Tutor, facilitating the implementation of the EMR system "Paragon" at St. Charles Hospital through education of healthcare professionals. Prior experience includes a role as a Math Learning Assistant at Cleveland State University, where Mason tutored students in various math subjects, and as a Research Assistant focused on molecular biology and genetics, contributing to research on meiosis using yeast as a model organism. Mason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Cleveland State University, completed in 2013.
