Gabriel Paul, MBA, currently serves as the Business Manager of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs for Essex County since June 2017. Prior to this role, Gabriel held the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Borough of Highland Park from January 2016 to July 2017. Gabriel's career also includes serving as the Executive Director & Business Administrator for the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges from June 2014 to December 2015. Gabriel earned a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
