Fanny Hermans is a professional with extensive experience in e-commerce coordination and customer care, currently serving as Marketplace Coordinator at Essentiel Antwerp since March 2016. Fanny has previously held roles as an Ecommerce Coordinator and Webshop Customer Care Executive within the same company. Prior to this, Fanny worked as a Personal Assistant in the Neurosurgery department at UZA from August 2014 to February 2016. Fanny holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis from Open Universiteit, acquired between 2015 and 2018, and attended Koninklijke Academie Voor De Schone Kunsten from 2011 to 2014.
