Clayton Hamerski began their work experience in 2018 as a Principal Consultant at South Bridge Political Partners, LLC. In this role, they provided consulting services. In 2019, Hamerski joined Intracoastal Realty as a Real Estate Broker and REALTOR®, where they served as a real estate advisor and facilitated transactions for clients. Currently, they are employed at Essential Personnel in a Business Development role, starting in 2023.

Clayton Hamerski obtained an Associate's Degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Cape Fear Community College. Clayton attended the college from 2014 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Clayton Hamerski has obtained several certifications, including the Workforce Housing Specialist from the NC Association of REALTORS®, obtained in April 2021, the At Home With Diversity® certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, obtained in December 2020, the Pricing Strategy Advisor® certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, obtained in April 2020, the ePro® certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, obtained in April 2020, and the Real Estate Broker license from the NC Real Estate Commission, obtained in March 2019. Furthermore, Clayton Hamerski obtained the Mandatory Compliance Certification from the N.C. State Board of Elections in September 2016.
