Travis Powell founded Essential Personnel in 2007, and is the President of the company. When he started Essential Personnel he had the vision to improve and revolutionize the recruiting process. Through the use of proven strategies and leveraging technology, he was able to maximize applicant flow and meet the needs of client companies. With these techniques, he quickly grew Essential Personnel. Travis has grown his team of skilled employment consultants and recruiters to over 20, and services hundreds of companies throughout Nebraska. Prior to starting Essential Personnel, he had experience as an operations officer in the banking industry and was responsible for sales and recruiting within the staffing industry. Travis has a degree in Business Administration and Management and is a member of various local and national professional organizations.
