Rodney Christensen is Essential Personnel’s Regional Manager. Since joining the team in early 2011, he has had an impressive track record to secure the best talent. He works with clients to develop new methods to improve efficiencies in the hiring process and reduce turnover. Along with working with clients, he also works with recruiters and the sales team to create strategies to exceed the client’s needs and ensure they are providing high-quality candidates and excellent customer service. Rodney has recently received his Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation through the American Staffing Association. Prior to Essential Personnel, Rodney owned and operated a fleet of routes with Fedex Ground throughout Nebraska.
