Katie Crafton is currently serving as a People and Culture Partner at Essential Ingredients, Inc. since June 2023, following experience as a Recruiting Coordinator and Technical Recruiter at STONE Resource Group from August 2021 to June 2023. Previously, Katie held the position of Program Management Intern at the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development, contributing to initiatives aimed at improving college attendance for youth from foster care or homelessness. Additionally, Katie worked as a Human Resources Specialist and Intern at Seed Company, where responsibilities included resume selection, payroll processing, and administrative projects. Experience also includes a Clinical Social Work Internship at Project Safe, Inc. Katie Crafton holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Georgia.
