Mark Kovich has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mark started their career as a Senior Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation in 1990 and later held various roles such as Account Executive, Marketing Manager, and Merchandising Manager. Mark served as the Director of Contract Sales, Marketing Director, and Director of Sales, Best Buy during their tenure at Whirlpool Corporation. In 2008, they joined American Woodmark Corporation as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where they worked until 2017. Following that, they became the Executive Vice President at Canyon Creek Cabinet Company from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Mark Kovich holds the position of President & CEO at Essential Cabinetry Group since October 2018.

Mark Kovich has an MBA in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame from 1995 to 1998. Mark'sundergraduate studies were completed at Texas Tech University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from 1986 to 1988.
