Sebastien Cavanagh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Partner at Essenta since March 2020. Prior to this role, Cavanagh held significant positions at Redgrave from September 2010 to July 2019, including Partner for Luxury, Fashion and Brand, and Partner for International. Cavanagh also led the Consumer Practice at Redgrave, focusing on senior searches for clients ranging from private equity-backed entities to FTSE100 multinationals.
