Muriel Thuring (Taylor) has diverse work experience in the field of Learning and Development. Muriel has held strategic roles in various companies, including Essent, Webasto Group, TNT, STORK, Achmea, InContext Consultancy Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Randstad, and Max Goote Knowledge Centre/University of Amsterdam. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for tasks such as setting up and acquiring validation of L&D vision and strategy, managing teams, professionalizing and growing departments, developing frameworks for onboarding, providing L&D consultancy, and facilitating leadership programs and change interventions. Muriel's expertise lies in leadership development, change management, talent development, and facilitating learning and development initiatives.

Muriel Thuring (Taylor) completed their undergraduate education from Hofstra University between 1997 and 1998, where they studied various modules. Later, from 1995 to 2000, they pursued their Drs/Master degree in Educational Sciences and Business Training at the University of Amsterdam.
