Sidclei Brianez has extensive experience in IT and systems development, currently serving as Lider Operações de Sistemas at ESSENCE since October 2012, with a focus on providing Level 3 support for corporate systems in tax, supply chain, and other areas. Prior to ESSENCE, Sidclei was Gerente de TI at Nextia Soluções em Fidelização from March 2007 to October 2012, overseeing development and infrastructure teams and managing software architecture for financial services. Earlier roles included Consultor de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas at Itautec, and developer positions at Credicard and Banco ABN AMRO Real S.A. Sidclei holds an MBA in Project Management with an emphasis on IT from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Escola de Engenharia de Piracicaba.
