Alessandre Trintim is the Partner and Founder at Essence. Essence is a SaaS platform that provides conversational commerce solutions for small to medium businesses. The platform has real-time responses for marketing, sales, and customer service across multiple channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, chat, and email.

Prior to Essence, Trintim was an Advisory Board Member and Investor at Octadesk.com from January 2015 to July 2021. Octadesk is a SaaS platform that provides conversational commerce solutions for small to medium businesses. The platform has real-time responses for marketing, sales, and customer service across multiple channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, chat, and email.

Trintim was also the Manager at Accenture from January 2002 to April 2005 where they implemented SAP in Brazil, Argentina, and the UAE for one of the largest automobile manufacturers in Brazil and the world. Alessandre also managed AMS operations for the SAP implementation. Prior to Accenture, Trintim was a Consultant at Renault from May 2000 to December 2001. Before that, they were the Manager at Vonpar S/A from January 1998 to May 2000.
