Nissim Tugendhaft is a seasoned System Engineer with extensive experience in defense and technology sectors. Currently employed at Essence Group since November 2016, Nissim previously worked at Rafael from April 2008 to October 2015, where responsibilities included creating and managing development and testing environments and defining requirements for the IDF's war-game simulation system. Earlier roles include system engineering at TACT, testing Wi-Fi and DSL protocols at Texas Instruments, and designing simulation systems at Elbit Systems Ltd. Nissim served in the Israel Defense Forces for nearly two decades, culminating as Head of the IDF Simulation Department in Military Colleges. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mathematics from Technion and Bar-Ilan University, respectively, alongside a foundational degree from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
