Eliav Bar-Shimon is a highly experienced Lead Hardware Engineer at Essence Group since December 2016, overseeing all hardware aspects of the Essence Smart-care business line, including electrical design and outsourcing resources for mechanical, RF, and antenna aspects. Prior to this role, Eliav served as a Business Development Engineer at Murata Electronics and a Project Technical Lead at Zebra Technologies, where responsibilities included collaboration with marketing for product definition and management of outsourcing JDM throughout the development cycle. Eliav's career at Motorola Solutions spans over a decade, also holding the position of Project Technical Lead. Eliav holds a Master of Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
