Tina Robiolle, PhD, serves as the Director of Academic Affairs and Adjunct Professor at ESSEC Business School, specializing in Negotiation, Conflict Management, and Mediation. With extensive experience in academia, Tina teaches various courses for both undergraduate and graduate students and has led seminars for high-level executives and military personnel. Additionally, Tina holds multiple roles at Sciences Po, including Lecturer and Academic Director of the Master in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action Program. A co-founder of the Afghan Women Leaders Initiative, Tina emphasizes capacity-building for women's political participation in Afghanistan. Tina contributes to organizations like ESSEC Alumni and The Bridgeway Group, and has served as a consultant for UNESCO and other international institutions.
