John Naccarato has a diverse work experience starting in 1989 as a Manager in Market Development at ArcelorMittal Dofasco. In this role, they were responsible for market and product development initiatives. John then moved on to become an Assistant Corporate Secretary at the same company. Here, they negotiated long-term procurement contracts and managed the IP portfolio.

John Naccarato has a diverse educational background. Later, in 2004, John attended American Metal Markets for Steel Success Strategies Seminars. John also briefly attended Levinson Institute in 2007, where they completed studies in Strategic Leadership and Organization Development.
