Lorna Nightingale has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of marketing. Lorna began their career in 1996 as a Marketing Manager at Lennox Industries and later moved on to work as a Marketing Business Analyst at CPA Management Systems Ltd. During their time at CPA, they developed and executed customer marketing strategies and played a crucial role in CRM deployment and digital marketing campaigns.
In 2003, Lorna joined Cognos as a Global Marketing Transformation Programme Manager. Lorna successfully led the global deployment of Eloqua and Salesforce.com platforms, transforming and modernizing marketing practices across over 30 countries.
Lorna then transitioned to IBM in 2009 as a Marketing Global Business Lead. Their role involved advancing marketing practices and developing digital marketing strategies, which led to the execution of demand generation campaigns and the acquisition of new customers.
Following their successful stint at IBM, Lorna worked as a Marketing Transformation Consultant at Eloqua, where they collaborated with clients to understand their business challenges and develop revenue-generating marketing strategies.
In 2011, Lorna joined Esri UK as the Director of Marketing. In this role, they worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that added business value and delivered growth. Lorna oversaw various marketing programs, drove digital marketing initiatives, managed communications teams, and was accountable for marketing spend ROI.
Lorna Nightingale pursued higher education at the University of Leicester between 1997 and 2000. Lorna obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Strategy and Processes, Organizational Development, and Change Management.
