Vassilo Walluschnig is a seasoned Geospatial Systems Architect at Esri South Africa, where tenure began in July 1998. Responsibilities include designing GIS infrastructure solutions to enhance client investments in Esri ArcGIS software and troubleshooting software issues from various vendors including Esri, Oracle, Microsoft, and IBM. Prior to Esri, Vassilo served as a Senior Specialist in System Architecture at GIMS (Pty) Ltd and as a Systems Administrator for the City of Johannesburg, overseeing database and system administration in a GIS environment. Vassilo's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology and two other diplomas in the field from the University of Johannesburg.
