Susan Chapman MBA is an experienced professional in project and client management with a strong background in technology and consulting. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Esri Ireland since August 2019, Susan has also held the role of Director at Onesto Consulting Ltd from January 2014 to the present. Previous positions include Client Director and Client Services Manager at Sopra Steria, and Senior Project Manager for the Ministry of Justice. Susan's extensive career features project management roles at multiple organizations, including Kainos, Lagan Technologies, and MVM Consultants, beginning as an IT Tutor at the University of Ulster. Susan holds an Executive MBA from Queen's University Belfast, along with several management and computing-related qualifications from Ulster University.
