Paul Synnott is the Managing Director of Esri Ireland, where responsibilities include leading business strategy and managing operations to achieve multimillion-euro revenue targets. With a strong background in sales and strategy, Paul has also served as Country Manager and Head of Sales at Esri Ireland, contributing significantly to revenue and profitability growth in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. In addition to current roles at Esri Ireland, Paul is a Council Member at the Irish Management Institute and the Founder of Look Inside Coaching. Previous experience includes GIS Manager positions at Paradigm Technology and The Discovery Programme, where Paul was instrumental in managing GIS practices and implementing geographical information systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School and a Master's Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute.
