Vijay Kumar serves as the Senior Vice President and CTO of Esri India since March 2015, where responsibilities include driving business strategy, innovation, and customer satisfaction while overseeing key organizational functions. Prior to this role, Vijay worked at Tata Consultancy Services from November 1994 to March 2015, holding various positions including Vice President and Head of Technology, and Practice Director, specializing in Geospatial Technology with a focus on program delivery and strategic account management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, where educational qualifications encompass an MTech in Geospatial Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Institution of Engineers (India).
