Javier Caballero Ruiz is a GIS Technician at Esri España since May 2023, specializing in resolving incidents across the ArcGIS platform, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise, while maintaining established KPIs and ensuring effective problem-solving. Prior experience includes a GIS Technician Internship at El Corte Inglés, where customer needs were identified and product recommendations were tailored, and another GIS Technician Internship at Geozone, focusing on natural hazard mapping with QGIS.
