Ray Cruz has extensive experience in the field of security, compliance, and information technology. Ray is currently serving as the Head of Security and Compliance at Espressive. Prior to this, they worked at Datadog as the Information Security & Compliance Leader.

Ray Cruz obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Florida International University, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA in September 2016, CISM from ISACA in July 2016, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in October 2015. Ray also holds the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) from the Cloud Security Alliance and ITIL certification from itSMF USA, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
