Gabriella Silva began their career in 2010 as a Logistics Analyst at Wayfair. In 2011, they moved to Massachusetts General Hospital as a Patient Services Specialist. In 2013, they joined Staples as an eCommerce Operations employee. Finally, in 2015, they became the Founder & CPO of Esportudo.

Gabriella Silva attended Northeastern University from 2008 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Operations Technology.
