Caio Marconato is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and real estate. Currently serving as Gerente de Planejamento e Gestão Estratégica at Esporte Clube Pinheiros since August 2023, Caio previously held the position of Diretor de Projetos at Rede Tênis Brasil, responsible for the execution and monitoring of all projects. At Grupo DPSP, from January 2017 to April 2022, Caio progressed from Especialista de Real Estate to Gerente de Inteligência de Mercado e Real Estate, focusing on market intelligence, real estate planning, and cost reduction strategies that yielded significant financial impacts.
