Alicia Kucharska, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate finance and investment management. Currently serving as Director of Real Estate Finance at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since August 2022, Alicia manages an $800M portfolio. Alicia holds prominent roles on boards, including Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee for Bâtiment durable Québec, which advocates for green building initiatives, and as a board member for Esplanade Québec, an accelerator for impact startups. Previously, Alicia was Senior Investment Manager at Investissement Québec, overseeing the negotiations and management of venture capital investment funds, and has held leadership positions in multiple funds aimed at fostering women's entrepreneurship and business succession in Quebec. Educational credentials include multiple degrees in business administration and finance from esteemed institutions such as Université Paris Dauphine and HEC Montréal.
