Kapil Ghaloth has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Kapil is currently working as a Lead Engineer at Espire Infolabs since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Analyst at Zensar Technologies from December 2019 to April 2023. Kapil also worked as a Consultant at Synechron from October 2018 to November 2019, where they developed complex database objects, performed performance tuning on SQL server, and designed data warehouse databases. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Capgemini from June 2014 to September 2018, where they developed complex database objects, performed performance tuning on SQL server, worked on ETL processes using different versions of SSIS tools, and created ETL data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.

Kapil Ghaloth completed their Intermediate education from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1997 to 2009, majoring in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ABES Engineering College. This education took place from 2009 to 2013.
